Our remote assistance system works by securely connecting your PC over the internet to our network, allowing us to control your PC and view your desktop screen.
We can then run diagnostic and anti virus software, install updates & optimise the Registry etc.
Please note that Remote Assistance currently only works if your PC runs Windows XP and Vista.

How it works.
1. Download, Install & Launch CrossLoop.
After the installation has finished, you can open CrossLoop at any time by clicking the icon on your desktop or by opening the program from the start menu.
Login and Register account is optional, or just click on SKIP.
2. Tell us your Access Code.
The Access code is a randomly generated 12-digit number used to encrypt data sent between computers.
3. Select Connect
Click the connect button. Your session should begin momentarily. If it does not begin make sure both you and our engineer have entered the same Access Code and try again.
4. Allow the Connection
Click the Allow button to allow Ogwen PC Services temporary access to your PC. Your session should begin momentarily.
Your Firewall may ask for your input, select Allow.
Select the Disconnect button in the lower right hand corner of the application to end the session at any time.
