PC Home Call Out & Repair

We operate a No Fix - No Fee policy which means if we can't fix your PC you don't pay (subject to terms & conditions).
Our Standard Labour Charge is £25.00 for the first hour (minimum charge 1 hour).
Additional time after the first hour is charged in 30 minute sessions at £12.50 per session.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT. |

| Estimates will be given prior to ordering of components & software. All work is fully guaranteed and all components/systems carry a minimum 1 year warranty.
*Our service area is within 10 miles radius of Bangor and includes these areas: Bethesda, Bangor, Llanfairfechan, Penmaenmawr, Menai Bridge, Llanfair PG, Gaerwen, Caernarfon, Bethel, Deiniolen, Llanberis, Capel Curig.
**Requires off-site procedure. PC will be returned within quoted timescale. Cost includes pick up/drop off and home setup. Microsoft Windows Operating System Disk and valid licence number required.
Includes installation of Windows updates and drivers.
***Customer is recommended to make a back up of important files or if you wish we can make a back up of your data on CD or DVD if required, subject to DATA BACKUP charge.

Portable Appliance Testing Rates
We keep our rates competative and simple:
£1.75 per item tested!
Minimum Charge is £35.00 and includes 20 items to be tested.
Replacement of 3 pin mains plugs fromonly £0.90.
Fuses changed if needed for FREE.
No charge up to 20 miles radius of Bangor and includes service areas.
We will gladly provide a quotation if you are situated ouside of our service area.
